The homeless care team at our local University Hospital are focussed on supporting homeless patients and those at risk of homelessness. They work with the community housing teams to find appropriate accommodation for patients being discharged, and work to prevent patients being discharged back to the street.
This donation of tops and underwear from Asda Castlepoint, will ensure the team can support patients who are often lacking clean clothes, linen and toiletries. Pictured are corporate fundraiser Hayley (right) and Kim from the homeless care team.
