Here's Adrian, a member of the armed forces lodge of Momouthshire Freemasons, collecting a donation of fresh food.
They have teamed up with a local cafe owner and are preparing and delivering hot meals all over Torfaen and Newport to the most vulnerable members of our community who are isolating due to Covid 19. They are doing an amazing job keeping our local community spirit alive with their acts of kindness.
