This pretty in pink cake, made up of layers of madeira sponge with a pink-gin flavoured soak combined with sweet jam, will be the standout dessert at any gathering.
Covered with a frosting and miniature, edible gin bottles for added wow-factor, this cake almost looks too good to eat!
