At Asda Mobile we’re always looking at how we can support you to offer even better value and help you to get the most from our service. As a result of the pandemic, smartphones and tablets are playing a key role in more and more of our lives, with many relying on them to keep in touch with friends and family under lockdown.
You may have seen that we’re moving our mobile network from EE to Vodafone. We want to reassure you that you can continue to use their phone as you normally would without interruption to your service.
We’ll be in touch next year to let you know what you need to do to prepare to move to the new network, but for now you can continue to enjoy all of the same great Asda Mobile benefits that you always have.
Through our current mobile partnership with EE, Asda Mobile customers have access to some great benefits such as 4G data coverage, a wide range of ‘Pay As You Go’ bundles starting from £5 per month, and some of the most affordable ‘out of bundle’ rates available.
If you’re an existing customer you’ll be given instructions to help you migrate from our current network with EE across to Vodafone in early 2021. After you migrate you’ll also be able keep your existing number and access benefits like WiFi calling, discounts for families and online account management, making it even easier to keep track of your data, texts and minutes.
Anyone joining Asda Mobile from early 2021 will automatically join the new network and won’t need to do anything when we switch.
We will also be bringing even cheaper standard rates and more affordable, easier to manage bundles to customers early next year.
