Colleagues at Asda stores in England roar on the Lionesses ahead of World Cup Final
Colleagues at our stores across England are roaring on the Lionesses ahead of the Women's World Cup Final against Spain.
They've been getting creative on the pizza counters as well as dressing in red and white and putting up England flags to show their support for coach Sarina Wiegman, captain Millie Bright and the rest of the trailblazing team.
Ian Firth, community champion at our Grantham store, *pictured above, *said: "Everybody here is sending their best wishes ahead of the final against Spain. Come on you Lionesses!"
Here's how some of our other stores have been cheering on the England team:
Community champion Joan Martin from our Sheffield Chaucer Road store posted this photo, above, of colleagues Sally and Georgina getting behind the Lionesses.
And Rebecca Sallaway, community champion at our Wolstanton store, shared this photo, above, of colleagues showing their support in front of the pizza counter.
Colleagues at our Falmouth store, *above, *have been getting behind the team, as have colleagues at our Worksop Sandy Lane store, below.
Joanne Mitchell, community champion at our Bury Marketside store, sent us these photos, below, of colleagues getting into the football spirit. She said: "Good luck to all the players ahead of the final and thank you to all our customers and colleagues for their support.."
And colleagues at our Eastlands store in Manchester have been dressing up in red and white to support the Lionesses, below.
