Bakery colleague Nadine steps up to the hot plate for Pancake Day

Colleagues in our bakeries across the country are gearing up for Pancake Day – just like Nadine McClure at our Downpatrick store.

Nadine has worked in the store's bakery for five years, and her personal favourite pancake is white chocolate chip.

She said: "I have my own personal technique when it comes to timing the flip – and it seems to work as there’s always a demand for my fresh pancakes straight from the hot plate.

"It also attracts the attention of our customers, particularly children, as they love to watch each batch in production."
