Asda Dundonald Tickled Pink

This October Asda Dundonald Community Champion Sharon McBratney has been encouraging colleagues and customer to support the Tickled Pink campaign.

Recent fundraising activity included a Tickled Pink Memory Match game and Chopstick Challenge for shoppers and colleagues, as well as host of instore decorations.

Since its launch in 1996, Asda’s Tickled Pink campaign has raised over £55 million in support of Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now to improve care, support and information for anyone affected by breast cancer, as well as funding vital research to help stop women dying of the disease in the future.

Sharon said: “A big thank you to all the Asda Dundonald shoppers and colleagues who supported our recent Tickled Pink fundraising activities for Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now. We had so much fun on the day and I was ‘Proud to be Pink’ knowing the donations will help both charities to be there from day one for anyone facing a breast cancer diagnosis.”
