Father and son team David and Jack love working together at Asda Pudsey

Happy Father's Day to dads everywhere – like David Huggins from our Pudsey store who works with his son Jack.

David, who's 63, is a section leader at the store. He said: "I love working for Asda and have the added bonus of being able to work alongside my son – how lucky am I?"

Jack, who's 22, said: "We’re a very close family and we get on very well. Seeing the family responsibility stretch across the company is absolutely fantastic.

"It’s great getting to spend more time with my dad and we always have banter on the drive to work, which gets me in the best mood for my shift."

Community colleague Sandra Deakins said: "You know what they say, blood is thicker than water – and we can certainly vouch for that here.

"David and Jack are absolutely great and genuinely love working side by side in the store and we love having them."
