Our fab colleagues teamed up to help clear litter from a local woodland area
Asda colleagues from across Hertfordshire teamed up to pick up litter and overgrown branches from a local woodland area and wildlife trail.
The group of around 25 colleagues joined the local council to spend the day clearing up at Shackleton Springs.
Paul Russell, who works at our Stevenage store, helped organise the clean up day.
He said: "This area is a great space for the local community and wildlife, and is well used with the scout playground and stream nearby.
“Lots of volunteers help in the area throughout the year, so with the help of the local council we just wanted to make sure the area was in good shape ahead of autumn and winter – and had lots of fun in the process.”
