If you shop at our Bournemouth store look out for these three friendly faces who'll be only too happy to help.
Nicky Pelling has worked at the store for 19 years and is known as 'the flower lady' for creating floral displays for special occasions like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.
She said: "Lots of customers know me as the flower lady, which is really lovely. They'll come in and ask me to come up with a special bouquet for occasions like weddings, so I've become a bit of a florist! I often combine two of our bouquets to make something special for them.
"We have lots of regular customers coming in to say hello, which is great. The core of the business hasn't changed in 19 years – it's still all about talking to customers and helping them the best you can."
Nicky, who's 54, added: "One of the best things about working at Asda is the colleagues. They're always friendly and supportive, and give you a laugh and a boost when you're not having the best day."
Another long-serving colleague at the store is Virginia Hall, who's worked on checkouts for 21 years.
She said: "I had been a customer and fan of Asda before I joined the company.
"The warmth and friendliness of the colleagues made me feel welcome here, and the amazing regular customers help me bring pride to my job, and boost my self confidence when I chat with them at the till.
"I have so many good memories at Asda. Above all, I am grateful to be part of the company."
Porter Ian Peirce has worked at the store for 30 years.
He said: "Over the years I have met lots of lovely people. We have an elderly couple who regularly shop here, and I help them take their shopping to the bus stop."
