I was delighted to present an Asda Foundation grant to Mandy from The Little Red Box, who's support to the local community by donating period and personal hygiene products to those in need.
Mandy wants to provide starter first period boxes to local schools and communities. These boxes will have a different types of period protection to encourage young people to make an informed choice of what is available and what product suits them. Alongside this, we will provide other personal hygiene items, including shower and hand gels, shampoo and conditioner, facewash and a change of underwear.
