Some of our customers' children have been missing our wonderful checkouts colleague Brenda Dawson so much that they've sent her some colourful pictures and cards to say they hope to see her soon.
Brenda, who's been at our Antrim store since it opened 10 years ago, says she's really touched by the "fan mail" from the youngsters who she calls her "Asda babies". She said: "The children just seem to take to me – but due to the current situation their parents aren't bringing them out shopping at the moment. The children have sent me some lovely wee pictures some with handprints saying that they were missing me and hope to see me soon. One of the pictures was from a wee girl who's only three! I call these regulars my Asda babies and getting these pictures just made my day, it really did. It was wonderful. To them it was a small thing, but to me it was absolutely massive."
