Community healthy eating

Colette the Community Champion from Asda Ashton, had a fantastic morning delivering a healthy eating session to the ladies at Dipak Dristi a Community group from Broadoak. They learnt about the 5 food groups, and their health benefits, made a healthy juice using the juicer and made paties using the vegetable waste. Great fun was had by all.
