Pupils give 74th birthday surprise to Barnstaple community champion Walter

The pupils, teachers and staff at Lampard special school in Barnstaple have really missed seeing our over community champion Walter over the last few months – so when it was his 74th birthday they made him a special card to say they were all thinking of him!
