Tarka Valley Railway won our Green Token Giving vote and have received a cheque for £500!
The group are in the process of setting up a heritage railway, so far they have laid a section of track with some points and have collected some rolling stock which they are restoring. Currently they are fundraising to put in mains electricity and mains water, which will aid them in the restorations and bring them closer to being able to operate trains.
