Christmas giving

By Stephen Bromby (Asda Boston)
December 08, 2020

Christmas has arrived early for six local groups who will each receive a donation of £300 from the Asda Foundation.

Earlier this year, customers at Boston’s Asda store were invited to nominate not for profit groups in the local area that held a special place in their hearts. The criteria were that each group must have gone above and beyond to make sure that nobody was on their own throughout the pandemic. The nominees have all made a positive impact by reducing isolation, reducing poverty, delivering essential items to vulnerable people, or have been a community lifeline. The six successful groups  are 107 Endeavour FM, Boston Women’s Aid, Restore Church , Boston Community Transport, Centrepoint Outreach, and Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire.
