This weekend would have seen Brighton's annual Pride celebrations, when thousands of people normally flock to our seaside town to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.
We're not a store to pass up a chance to celebrate and, despite Covid-19 restrictions, myself and GM colleague Gill put on the rainbows to mark the occasion.
We're also celebrating the fantastic generosity of our customers, who, as you can see on the in-store totaliser, have donated over 16 trolleys of food and toiletries to The Whitehawk Foodbank since the start of July as part of Asda's Fight Hunger Create Change campaign. Thank you very much for your support – together we're making a big difference to local people in need.
