We made our first donation from our extra budget to support holiday clubs feeding children during this October half-term holiday to St Mary's Community fund. They'll be providing 200 meals this week.
This is part of a £100,000 donation across the country from Asda and the Asda Foundation to provide a little extra help this half term and is on top of our existing Fight Hunger Create Change programme, Healthy Holidays scheme and the £5m donated to help FareShare and The Trussell Trust support more people affected by the pandemic.
