Throughout July, Asda have been running a food drive to support local food banks who've been working extremely hard throughout the pandemic to keep up with the increased demand for their services.
Coming up with a novel idea to promote our local food bank isn't always easy, but we managed! Here's myself and Caroline highlighting the shortage items on the food banks shopping list using some laminated cards. I even roped in our night manager to help me advertise the items.
The customers loved it. It was definitely a talking point – and all for a good cause. Each and every donation makes a real difference to people in need.
