I was invited to Sandy’s Farm to have a look around and see what they do – what a lovely tranquil place.
They have lots of animals and volunteers and work experience students from our community looking after them. They are developing the farm and plan to include a sensory garden and a gardening club. The farm is a fully inclusive area for families in our community to have somewhere to go and learn with lots of safe outdoor space. We have donated seeds for growing and discussed possible grant ideas. I am very much looking forward to us working together in the future.
