The Telford Armed Forces veterans usually meet once a month for breakfast but during Covid this couldn't happen, so we've all been chatting via Zoom and WhatsApp. Last weekend they suggested a get together for a socially-distanced picnic in the park ... so of course they had to have a cake on us!
It was so lovely to support their gathering with a sweet treat for all our veterans and is always overwhelming to see charities I've worked with over the last ten years pop in to collect their well-deserved donations.
