Superstar Sean goes out of his way to help customers at Asda Downpatrick

Our wonderful Click & Collect colleague Sean has been rewarded for going above and beyond to make sure our customers get the items they need during the pandemic.

Sean, who's a section leader, worked 12pm to 9pm on what was an extremely busy Friday and when one of his colleagues was unable to complete their shift he came back to store at midnight and worked through until 7am! Sean really takes pride in his customer service and was determined not to let any customers down. Sean, who has worked at the store since 2014, was presented with a Service Superstar award by trading manager Adrian. Well done Sean.
