Cardinal Infant and Nursery School were so pleased to receive new 10 new Dell laptops from our store that they sent us this fabulous photo.
As well as the laptops, the school also received cases, headphones and digital bundles as part of our initiative to provide over 7,000 laptops to schools across the UK to help tackle digital exclusion. While children are now returning to the classrooms, there is still a need for technology to support education activities inside the classroom, homework tasks, learning during the school holidays and to help schools future proof their home learning capabilities. We formed a partnership with technology provider Dell at the start of the year to invest over £2 million so that every Asda store in the UK could donate at least 10 laptops to a local school. Bal Dhariwal, learning mentor at the school, said: "As a school we would like to thank you for your wonderful donations. These will be greatly appreciated by our families. Our children are highly excited by your gifts.”
