I was delighted to welcome Barbara Anstey from the Brandon Trust into our Filton store to present her with a trolley load of goodies.
This all stemmed from a conversation we had at a checkout. I gave her a business card and by the time she got upstairs she had already emailed me. There's a huge connection between our community roles and our checkout roles.
