Last week Asda Forfar donated six hundred medical grade face masks to care homes across Angus to help with their PPE supplies.
To keep to social distancing rules and avoid contact as much as possible the donation was made to Kennedy Care Group's head office, which is next door to our store. The masks will be shared between Lochbank Manor and Windyedge Cottage in Forfar, Storyville in Kirriemuir, and Kendale Hall in Arbroath.
My role as the store's community champion has always been rewarding but at times like this it feels more important than ever.
