This Frome charity are giving a handful of businesses in Frome a plaque as a thank you for all their support. Active & In Touch are part of the campaign to end loneliness and have been doing phenomenal work over the pandemic, keeping in touch with anyone lonely or isolated in our town and the surrounding areas.
