Have they helped to reduce isolation and or poverty? Have they delivered essential items to vulnerable people? Have they been a community lifeline?
We want to reward them for all their hard work and dedication with a donation of £300 this Christmas. Pick up a nomination form in store from our Community board or print one off at www.asdafoundation.org and hand the completed form into our Customer Service Desk. Closing date is 30th September.
