Well done to our fab colleague Denise who looked after a frightened young boy when his mum was ill in our Gosforth store.
Denise reassured and supported the boy while paramedics looked after his mum. Our community champion Michelle says colleagues are all very proud of Denise, who’s won an Asda award for her amazing customer service. Michelle said: “She handled the situation with ease and made a big difference in calming a scary situation for the boy. The lady had a fit and was treated in our store. Thankfully she's made a full recovery." Well done, Denise.
