The most challenging conversations to have are usually the ones we need to have the most.
Talking about suicide makes it more real, but choosing silence is not the answer. In store we wore blue to raise awareness for Suicide Prevention Day. We were reminding customer and colleagues that there was always someone there and you never had to face things alone.
