Shore Leave Gardens grow lots of different fruits and vegetables and often hold table top sales to raise money for the group.
The gardens are used by veterans suffering from PTSD as a form of therapy. They have worked all they through lockdown and have been able to easily social distance due to the large grounds. Nikki from the group contacted me to se if I could supply them with some refreshments for the group and some cleaning supplies. It’s lovely to know that the group has still been running I look forward to getting my hands dirty again as soon as we are able.
