It was great to catch up with the Men Can Talk group at Chantry Library Ipswich. This is a very relaxed group where men can just be themselves in a welcoming setting and talk about their day or anything else without being judged.
After chatting and listening to the group about the importance of getting men to talk about things they may be having difficulty dealing with and getting used to opening up in a conversation, it became clear how important these groups are within our local community.
The Men Can Talk group is held at Chantry Library part of Suffolk libraries on Mondays between 6pm and 8pm. Refreshments are available to purchase courtesy of Dyer's diner and coffee shack/shop
