Vivianne from Whatriggs Early Childhood Centre popped in to the store to collect a donation of arts and crafts materials that will support approximately 140 nursery children.
The nursery have been open during the Covid-19 pandemic for children of key workers and children in need as well as taking children from other nurseries who have been closed. The pandemic has meant that the children are no longer able to share resources such as pens/ pencils etc in groups of more than 8. This has left the nursery in desperate need of supplies. We were happy to help.
