Local school gets boost with new laptops

Pupils and staff from Sutton Primary School were thrilled with the Dell laptops, cases, headphones and digital bundles they received as part of Asda's initiative to provide over 7,000 laptops to schools across the UK to help tackle digital exclusion.

Whilst children are now returning to the classrooms, there is still a need for technology to support education activities inside the classroom, homework tasks, learning during the school holidays and to help schools future proof their home learning capabilities. We formed a partnership with technology provider Dell at the start of the year to invest over £2 million so that every Asda store in the UK could donate at least 10 laptops to a local school.showing off the donation of the laptops kindly donated from the Asda Foundation. I have worked with Sutton Park Primary for some years and I know these laptops will make a massive difference to the pupils and help to support them in this difficult time. You can see it by the smiles on the kids' faces.
