Raising Money for Leicester Hospital’s Charity/Covid-19 in Collaboration with The Pear Tree Inn

Last week I took part in a live Facebook cook along at The Pear Tree Inn to raise money for frontline NHS workers. Chef Riccardo made a delicious mango kulfi which I had the privilege of tasting. It was yummy! He also made a chicken Korma which was also super fantastic! Chef Gianni was at hand to answer any questions that came in live.
