Christmas Cards for Hadrian House Care Home

Two local schools, Wolsey House Primary and Woolden Hill Primary, made personalised Christmas cards for the residents of Hadrian House Care Home. I made it even more special by giving the care home a lovely hamper full of treats for them all to enjoy. 😊
