Elm Tree Farm visit to meet volunteers and service users .

Last month I was invited along to Elm Tree Farm to meet the volunteers and service users. The farm is a charity-run organisation that helps adults with learning disabilities to help out on the farm with gardening, growing plants and seeds, along with feeding and caring for the animals and many other activities.
