On Friday and Saturday we welcomed volunteers from Newark Foodbank into store to take part in a national food drive.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, we received an amazing 810.8kg of donations!🤩 These much needed donations will go to people in the local area who really need them. As a visual representation, 810.8kg is the equivalent to 8 giant pandas..thanks to our store manager Karl for the fact. We are blown away at the support showed by customers and colleagues. It was lovely to hold the food drive in store, a huge thank you to all volunteers and each and every person who made a donation.
