Huge congratulations to the Burnside Centre in Middleton who received a £12,000 Spaces and Places grant from the Asda Foundation.
The funding will be used to convert the space at the side of the centre into a hub for planting together with an accessible garden. Once the project has been completed it will be offered as a community garden for anyone to use. We can't wait to see it when it's finished.
