Our colleague Denise from our Bromsgrove contacted us in Asda Plymouth to request for a donation in the name of her grandson Oliver.
Oliver this year decided he wanted to do something special, something to help the NHS, so he committed himself to run the equivalent of a marathon for Plymouth Hospitals Charity. His goal was to run a mile every day before his 6th birthday, and he did it. He raised over £3,000 running every day dressing up as different characters. His dad Chris said Ollie had been inspired to find ways to help others during coronavirus pandemic. outbreak. Liz, his mother is so proud of her son, as is his grandmother Denise. We have donated a hamper full of goodies for the childrens' ward in Oliver's name. I've asked Oliver if he is ready for next year's fundraising.. I don't need to tell you the answer.
