It was a real pleasure to meet Peter from Rossendale & Pendle Mountain Rescue when he came in to store for a cheque presentation.
The locally-based charity won our latest Green Token Giving customer vote and received £500. The money, from our Asda Foundation, is assisting with the costs of kitting out a new vehicle enabling the team to provide immediate medical assistance instead of waiting for an ambulance.
