The support group based on the Isle Of Sheppey are a dedicated, welcoming and approachable not for profit, constituted community group, supporting adults suffering with the effects of loneliness and isolation -
They believe that by providing their members with friendship, inclusion, encouragement and an arena to be heard, they will be able to make a vast difference to their lives.
The cereal bars will be given to members who are taking part in a pedometer challenge.
