Managers from stores in North London and Essex donned pink tutus and wigs to walk 22km in the pouring rain around Bewl Water in Kent to raise more than £1,000 for Tickled Pink, which supports Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel.
Teams representing stores at Chadwell Heath, Barking, Eastgate, Romford, Shoeburyness, South Woodham Ferrers, Hoddesdon, Ponders End completed the walk as well as senior director Andy Hayes. Admin colleague Jo, who also took part, said: "It was a really tough walk, a real challenge, but it was a great way to kick off the Tickled Pink fundraising. It was very muddy and a few of us, me included, did slip over. We did it it just under six hours so everyone can be proud of themselves."
