Eighty-six-year-old Dorothy wanted to come into Asda Southport for a socially-distanced visit to say thank you to us, Birkdale Primary, St Philips Primary and Ainsdale St John's Primary School for the Christmas cards we sent to local care home residents.
She was overwhelmed by the 266 Christmas cards she received for all the residents. Dorothy as been at the nursing home for eight years and is one of the longest residents. Merry Christmas everyone.
