Joining forces to feed families this Christmas

I was only too happy to help when Nadine from PLACE2B contacted me as they were struggling to feed 30 families over Christmas due to the rising cost of living.

We donated six food hampers to the charity and then I got in touch with our town's Tesco, Morrison's and Sainsbury's stores and asked if they could help too – and  they all agreed to support this wonderful charity. Thank you to everyone for getting involved; It's been a team effort to get much-needed food to these families. When I spoke to Nadine and explained what I had done she said she was a bit overwhelmed because she never expected anything like this to happen and couldn't thank us enough.
