Here's Paul from Tamworth Food bank who has been collecting food and every week I have been able to top up what they are running short of.
This week we have topped up the trolley with rice pudding and long life milk. Next week it's tinned meat. These little amounts amount up and it means that all the food bank parcels always contain the essentials.
