LETS GROW OUR OWN and learn while we do it.

Burnhill Action Group are a group made up of local  families coming together to support their community and help make a difference. They have done amazing projects during lockdown making sure that everyone was still able to communicate through social media. Now the restrictions have been lifted and looking forward to the good weather they are doing a community project in Burnhill with local children. They are looking to develop a piece of land in Burnhill, they want to tackle food poverty and encourage families to grow their own food,  educating young people about food sustainability and how to use the food we grow for meals and encourage healthy eating. Asda Toryglen were delighted to help and support with gardening equipment and different seeds to be planted.
