Volunteers were back at Meadowside Primary to support the Polish Saturday School, where the Polish community have been co-ordinating the aid for Ukrainian refugees. The first delivery arrived in Poland three days after it left Warrington, and this donation is due over the Ukraine border next Thursday.
Donations of emergency items from our colleagues across Warrington were part of the latest load. Team Asda were on hand to help, with Cathy from Westbrook, Dawn from Birchwood, Louise and Adelle from Warrington Depot. Liz and Sam from Warrington Disability Partnership joined us, with other volunteers from the Polish community, Meadowside Primary and the local community.
