The Winsford Youth And Community Forum are a fantastic local community group that encircles our town with youth clubs, holiday clubs and play days in various locations to service the whole of Winsford's young people. These days are run for free and also include lunch and snacks for low income families with children on free school meals. They also provide tea and chat cafes for the older members of our community to help tackle loneliness.
They're a charity who rely on donations from the public to fund their service. At Asda Winsford we were lucky to be able to help fund their half-term holiday club this autumn with lunches and snacks for the children. We also donated pizza bases for the children to have a go at creating and eating their own pizzas.
