Courtney Naudo

Courtney is a senior executive experienced in driving results at global scale and has a passion for people. She is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Business Integration and Planning for Walmart in the US. Prior to this, Courtney was the Chief People Officer for Walmart International, helping to support the approximately 500,000 associates across the 18 countries where Walmart operates outside the United States.

Courtney also served as the SVP of Strategic Portfolio Management supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives, partnerships, and corporate development activities across the International

portfolio of businesses. She joined Walmart as the VP of International Technology, leading product and engineering teams to deliver technology solutions for Merchandising, Back Office, Global Sourcing, and Operations. Before joining Walmart in 2019, Courtney was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting, having almost 20 years’ experience in global management consulting and corporate finance advisory. Courtney has delivered significant results for Fortune 100 companies with her experience in strategy, finance, technology, and operations. She is a strategic operator who cares deeply about investing in and developing talent.

Courtney lives in Northwest Arkansas with her husband John and their two boys, Dominic and Gabriel. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and was awarded the SMU Cox School of Business Young Alumni award. Courtney is passionate about making a lasting, positive impact and has been involved with many leadership programs and non-profit organizations over her career, with particular emphasis on creating an equitable environment for all youth to succeed.
