David Hills

David joined Asda in September 2023 as Chief Customer Officer.

David spent his early career at Kellogg’s across a variety of sales, category management and customer marketing leadership roles before joining Aldi in 2007. At Aldi he worked as a Buying Director before becoming Group Director Marketing and Communications in 2012. David is married to Rachel and live in the Midlands with their four children, Tristan, Edward, Georgiana and Henry.

As a passionate sports fan, David enjoys playing football, squash, and golf and enjoys running. His love for Liverpool FC has sadly not passed on to his children and as a result David is more likely to be at the Etihad watching Manchester City than at Anfield.
